Hi, guys!

One more day. Yesterday my husband and I decided that we should try to relax in some way, and decided to watch a movie. We both love Tolkien since childhood, so the choice fell on the Hobbit, but only because there is no Lord of the Rings on Netflix. We watched the first part, today we are going to continue. True, even just watching the film turned out to be very difficult, it is almost impossible to distract yourself from what is happening.

However, this morning I realized that, probably, the body still has limits on how much it can be nervous and turn on panic. For almost a month now, I wake up in the morning from a panic attack, but today it was not. I was even very surprised how it was, I was already used to being thrown into the air with a strong heartbeat and other unpleasant sensations. But today I managed without it, even strangely, and for the first time in a long time I was able to sleep normally.

The most interesting thing is that air raid alerts do not wake me up, although the speaker is not far from us. But perhaps this is already good, the psyche will be stronger. There are a lot of them every day, so it would not be great to wake up 10 times every day.

In addition to the film, I again tried to return to the drawing, this time to digital. And again, I didn’t succeed (but today I’ll try again). In the end, I just ended up doing super primitive sketches of the characters in the movie, literally 15 seconds each, trying to get the point across.

Today I want to try with markers, wish me luck :)
