Hi, guys!
So, I'm continuing to work on the text while my stitches heal and I recover from surgery. So far, I've created a file for the world's lore, and it's absolutely mind-blowing. I have a list of over a thousand questions, and they all need detailed answers to make the world rich and detailed. It's a huge amount of work, but it needs to be done. And I'll be grateful later, because this will be a completely different book project, and I'll have something to draw on.
I just started this process yesterday, and it took me several hours to process just half the questions on the page. I dread to think how long it will take to process them all. But it needs to be done anyway. So that later I can easily write any phrase in the text without even thinking about it.
Besides, I've found working on the text to be incredibly interesting. It's a truly captivating activity. I really enjoy it. Figuring out exactly how everything works for you turned out to be quite fascinating.
So today, I plan to continue focusing on this all day. There's a huge amount of work to be done. I'll have to put the book aside for a while, of course, but then I'll be able to return to it refreshed, and with a fully fleshed-out world in hand so it can function properly under my hands.
So now I'm drinking my morning coffee and getting back to work. My characters are waiting for me.
