This year did not go as planned for many of us and a lot of us were met with many difficult challenges. Like most people, we had some pretty crappy experiences this year due to the pandemic but it wasn't all bad. We lost our jobs, but that meant that we could move into our van and become nomads. We missed out on travelling the USA in our van, but we have now seen a lot more of Canada. We missed out on travelling back to Australia to spend time with friends and family, but I am so grateful to have spent time with my family in Hawaii before all the lockdowns happened. So, while this year has been trying we are still very fortunate and I am so thankful.
However, I'd still like to say good riddance 2020 and welcome to 2021 Let's celebrate making it through this crazy year!
I hope that everyone has a great New Year and that 2021 brings you all the health and happiness (and travels!).
