It was a satisfying Monday.
We had been to the market and managed to get some of those rare shoes we had been after for about 4 weeks now. You know the kind that strapped around the back of the ankle but was light and airy.
Not only that we are now heading out for a nice drive along the countryside. We are going to a new café that we just discovered and are very excited to taste the infamous caramel slice and have a coffee, from what I hear this is a place to die for.
As we neared the locations of the café the mist started to come in.
That was a bit strange as the forecast had not predicted his , in fact we were looking forwards to a nice sunny afternoon sitting on the balcony of the café with a magnificent view of the valley below.
As we drove farther we started to lose our bearings a bit and the navigation system started to fail. There was no reception on our phones either so Google maps was ot going to help us
We saw just ahead a turn to the right,
This must be it I shouted, why I shouted I don’t know, it must have been the excitement and the mist that got me all hyped up.
Bill turned right and we continued along this road for about another 5 minutes, when all of a sudden the road just ended.
There was an old timber fence in front of us. Bill slammed on the brakes and the car came to a stop,
Phew he said, that’s was close.
I laughed nervously and immediately thought what would I have done without Bill
We stepped out of the car and were confronted with a big sign
