The sun was still high up when we went to collect some furnitures for renovation and planned to go to Sabang afterwards. Still in Cabugao, this place probably have the best beaches in the Ilocos province.

Some Ilocanos probably will disagree with this but hey, my exposure to what my province can offer is a bit limited till now. Not having a car was not that important before and hopping in a bus to check other places was not a norm. Having our own town's seafront and accessing neighbourly beaches  made it easy to go swimming or watch the sunset in a bicycle.

As i keep advising for those who likes to go to VIGAN, nice beaches abound in ILOCOS SUR . You'll need to go out of the city to discover little seasides not just for swimming but to watch the sunset. Sta. Catalina is one, just outside Vigan. I won't advise swimming as it is no longer safe after the previous  black sand mining. CABUGAO is only an hour more or less from VIGAN.

Incase you're wondering who these lovely 2 boys were, it's one of my nephews and his friend.
