A person who always shows a smile in front of anybody is often perceived as the most happiest person in life. It is also said that even a single smile can change somebody's mood or day. Is true is this? Have you observed this kind of people and tried to guess what is it their thinking when they showed you a smile?
I know this sounds like the most asked question but I ask anyway. How hard is it to think and perceive everything positively? Should it reflect what you feel?
How are you all doing my fellow Steemians! Imawreader here! I would like to refuel you with another artwork and a quote from my 'A Daily Dose' series following my previous post A Daily Dose #51: The Unpredictable Random Me!
“If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.” - Roald Dahl
#YourOwnSunshineIsLovely
artwork by Sarah Bochaton
I'm staring at you and you are staring at them. I don't have any clue to what is going on in your mind. Just by looking at your face, I can tell that you feel empty. You look like an art without colors, a book without chapters, a word that has no meaning.
I've been here the whole time, in case you haven't noticed my presence. Far from your knowledge, I am always observing you. I've been like a shadow always tailing you no matter where you go. I'm always at your back following your trail.
To me you are the sun who gives reason for someone to move forward. Your sunbeams had brighten up many souls including mine. I don't know if you are aware, we always look up to you. Sometimes you look down on yourself and it is so frustrating that I can't do anything about it.
That's what leaves me thinking. Why do you look down on yourself? You are the kind of person who will always show a smile at people and make them feel like it's alright to take on what's ahead. You are so brave to stand positive and be that person who reminds us to always bring our own sunshine no matter where we go.
Never have I imagined that a person like you hides such pain behind that smile. The things we know aren't surely all what there is to the world. You were good at hiding and we are good at seeing only what you wanted us to see.
I'm wondering, why do you hide it? It's good to know that you portray a strong character in front of everybody but it is certainly sad to know that it wasn't what you feel. It just let you feel pain more don't it? I like the one who smiles and at the same time has good thoughts. Neither I can tell if there was a time you ever had one.
I once told you that you look beautiful wearing a smile right? I really mean it, you do look beautiful wearing one. From what I see, your beauty stands out among others. It was so innocent, caring and passionate. So warm that it can even melt an angry heart instantly. I missed seeing that in your smile. Now that I know why you still smile regardless whether you are happy or unhappy, I only hope to see your most genuine smile someday. Will you let me see it?
Aside from me, did someone already told you that you look beautiful wearing that smile?
How did you feel about Sarah Bochaton's artwork? How about the message above? Would you mind sharing your story?
