Digital bow tie box design

Amigos creativos, un gusto compartir con ustedes nuevamente, ya se acerca el día del padre, ya muchos se están preparando, para obsequiar en ese día especial, y ahora que todo lo podemos hacer de manera digital, crear esos detallitos especiales, todo tan modernizado, bueno yo sigo creando mis cajitas.

Hace unos días les compartí el molde, allí estaba iniciando, creando primero este molde, para luego poder armar el diseño, y así poder imprimirlo, pueden verlo aquí .

Para ese momento, estaba experimentando, probando la forma, las medidas, de esta manera, podía tener una idea de como me quedaría mi caja, sin embargo, sigue dándole algunos otros toques, buscando la forma de mejorar, que todo me quedara con las mismas medidas, pero sobre todo fácil, al momento de hacer el recorte y armado.

Dicho molde lo realice en Canva, aun me falta manejar el tema de las medidas, es algo que me confunde, pero bueno, sigo aprendiendo, una vez terminado el molde, empecé a armar el diseño, algo sencillo, para poder imprimirlo, y ver como me quedaría la caja.

Lo imprimí en papel fotográfico, pude notar que me salió pequeño, muy pequeño jejeje, como dije, lo de las medidas no es cosa fácil, y para hacerlo mas grande, requiere mayor cantidad de paginas, creo, y como yo no tengo impresora, pues me toca hacerlo así, de estos tamaños.

Como lo armamos:

Para el armado de nuestra necesitaremos:

• Papel impreso
• Tijera
• Pega de barra
• Regla

• Cortamos y doblamos las pestañas

• Doblamos y pegamos por la contraparte

Este armado lo aremos con ambas partes, confieso que me costo un poco, sobre todo la parte del medio, allí hay que hacer un ajuste, o estar pendiente de hacer bien el recorte y el pegado, pero bueno, si sale nuestra cajita, pequeña con estas medidas, habría que ver como hacen para que les salga mas grande, supongo que al momento de imprimir se puede pedir de otra forma. 😕

Bueno se los dejo de tarea jeje, mientras aquí seguimos aprendiendo y mejorando, esperemos, cualquier recomendación, quedo atenta.😉

Creative friends, it’s a pleasure to share with you again. Father’s Day is just around the corner, and many of you are already getting ready to give gifts on that special day. Now that we can do everything digitally and create those special little gifts in such a modern way, well, I’m still making my little boxes.

A few days ago I shared the template with you; that’s where I was starting out, first creating this template so I could then put together the design and print it. You can see it here .

At that point, I was experimenting, testing the shape and measurements. This way, I could get an idea of how my box would turn out. However, I’m still making a few tweaks, looking for ways to improve it so that everything fits with the same measurements, but above all, so it’s easy to cut out and assemble.

I made that template in Canva; I still need to get the hang of the measurements—it’s something that confuses me—but hey, I’m still learning. Once the template was finished, I started putting together the design—something simple—so I could print it out and see how the box would turn out.

I printed it on photo paper, and I noticed it came out small—very small, haha. As I said, getting the measurements right isn’t easy, and to make it bigger, I think it would require more pages. Since I don’t have a printer, I have to make do with these sizes.

How to make it:

To make this, you will need:

• Printed paper
• Scissors
• Glue stick
• Ruler

We’ll assemble this using both parts. I’ll admit it was a bit tricky for me, especially the middle section—you have to make an adjustment there, or be careful to cut and glue it just right. But anyway, if our little box turns out with these measurements, I wonder how they manage to make it bigger. I suppose you can request a different format when printing. 😕

Well, I’ll leave that as homework for you, hehe. In the meantime, we’ll keep learning and improving here—let’s hope so. Any recommendations? I’m all ears.😉
