Hola mi gente creativa, un gusto saludarles de nuevo, aquí ando buscando seguir con mis diseños mediante la papelería creativa, y hoy les traigo este mini calendario de escritorio, muy lindo que me quedó.
Hello, my creative friends! It’s a pleasure to greet you all again. I’m continuing my work with creative paper crafts, and today I’m sharing this mini desk calendar—it turned out really lovely!
Me ha costado mucho seguir creando, cómo bien se los he contado, ando sin computadora, y así es un poco difícil, hago lo que puedo por teléfono pero me es incómodo, por eso, estos días he optado por ir a un cyber, un sitio donde te alquilan las compu por un costo, por los momentos me ha servido un poquito, porque bien sabemos que no es lo mismo trabajar desde la comodidad de tu casa, poder desconectar y retomar, aquí tengo que aprovechar cada minuto, y la hora pasa muy rápido jaja pero bueno se hace lo que se pueda.
Hace unos días tenía está idea en mi cabeza, había visto varios modelos, por lo que quise probar hacer los mios, con canva monte mi plantilla, tomando algunos recursos de la aplicación, herramientas para editar, con frases inspiradoras sacadas de Pinterest.
Así cree este diseño, las medidas acorde al tamaño que deseaba, que completara la hoja A4, aproveche para realizar varios modelos.
It has been quite a challenge to keep creating. As I’ve mentioned, I’m currently without a computer, which makes things a bit difficult. I try to do what I can using my phone, but it’s not very comfortable. For that reason, I’ve recently started going to an internet café—a place where you can rent a computer for a fee. It’s been somewhat helpful for now, though it’s certainly not the same as working from the comfort of home, where you can step away and pick up where you left off. Here, I have to make the most of every minute, and the time just flies by—haha! But well, you do what you can.
A few days ago, I had an idea in mind. I had seen several examples, so I decided to try making some of my own. I set up my template in Canva, using the app’s built-in resources and editing tools, and incorporated some inspirational quotes I found on Pinterest.
That’s how I created this design. I adjusted the dimensions to fit an A4 sheet, and I took the opportunity to put together a few different versions.
Y cómo en el mismo cyber también imprime, quise aprovechar de imprimir uno de los diseños para ver cómo quedaban.
Recorte un poco los lados, porque creo no lo colocaron full en la hoja, no se que paso allí jeje, aparte note que esta hoja en papel fotográfico era más blando que las otras en las que he impreso, pero bueno igual sirve.
And since they also offer printing services at that same internet café, I decided to print one of the designs to see how it turned out.
I trimmed the sides a bit because it seems it wasn’t positioned to fill the entire page—not sure what happened there, haha! Also, I noticed that this particular sheet of photo paper felt softer than the others I’ve used for printing, but hey, it still works!
Aquí les muestro un poco como sería parte del doblaje, lo dividimos en dos, quedando en ambas lados, nuestro respectivo calendario, y abajo sería la base, las pestañas más pequeñas.
Here I’ll show you a bit of what the folding process looks like: we divide it into two, with our respective calendars on each side, and at the bottom is the base—the smaller flaps.
Quedando así nuestro calendario, aquí me ayude un poco de Géminis para eliminar el fondo y se vea más presentable, comparado con mis fotos reales jajaja, pero si, así queda este calendario, que no es tan mini, es un tamaño promedio, perfecto para escritorio de oficina.
So, here is how our calendar turned out. I got a little help from Gemini to remove the background and make it look more presentable—much better than my actual photos, haha! But yes, this is the final result; it’s not exactly "mini"—it’s a standard, average size, perfect for an office desk.
