Let's talk about the most fascinating theme for me - productivity.
Here I want to share with you my 5 tips, that can help you increase your productivity.
1. Study outside of your house.
I can’t stress this enough. Personally I study so much better when I’m in a library, a park or just any desk that isn't in my house. However for some people it may be the opposite.
2. Stress out.
Be really open about how you feel, once you start telling people about your worries it gets a lot easier to talk about them, people will show you how you are wrong and it reduces how big and scary they seem.
3. Study by "time-blocks"
Blocks ideally are around 50 minutes, but perhaps you become restless after only 30 minutes? Some difficult material may require more frequent breaks. Shorten your study blocks if necessary-but don’t forget to return to the task at hand!
4. Shorten everything you can shorten.
Don’t write out your notes in massive paragraphs. Do bullet points. You don’t have to stick to the rules of writing from left to right across the whole page. Cover it in sticky notes or bubbles. Write out your notes how you can. This is especially true for humanities. If you have an essay topic you need to take notes for, take notes of it like a plan, not like paragraphs.
5. Prioritize what is coming first in term, but not in exams.
When you have 5 pieces of homework due this week do the first piece due first to get it out of the way. But when it comes to exams, don’t forget you have more exams than your first one. Don’t over-prepare for exam number one.
That's all. I hope you enjoy it. If yes - follow me, and comment and I will follow you)
