It is almost Halloween time, and candy cones are on display in every store and market. I used to like them, but now I must drop them off the list for health reasons!
And then there are seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas roasted, and many others that I haven't tried.
In this same market, you will find different types of nuts, from walnuts, almonds, peanuts, pecans, both in shells and without shells, depending on how much you are willing to pay! Obviously, the nuts in shells are cheaper.
Finally, these chili peppers are such beautiful sight to see. I think they are ornament peppers, not sure if people eat them. Have you?
