Ever since attending the event last year, I have been waiting with much anticipation for the next World Singing Day. It took place on October 21. There were groups on every single continent participating. It's a young project, but it grows little by little every year. Maybe Steemit people can organize events in your hometowns too. So much fun! I'll add a link to the website in a comment below. There were about 500 people gathered in Boulder in front of the courthouse. I arrived a little early as a volunteer in order to hand out the printed song booklets with lyrics. We had some local musicians in the crowd and on stage for part of the time, but mostly it's just about people singing together. And dancing a little as well. Last year I was went by myself not knowing what to expect. This year I had some friends with me and later my teenage daughter arrived. She had a blast!
