Mi informe de Actifit: abril 1 2025

Hoy ha sido un día de largas caminatas por la ciudad, diariamente debo llevar a mi pequeña a la terapia, el Centro de Rehabilitación queda en la urbanización Los Chaimas. Gran parte del trayecto la hacemos a pie, incluso la pequeña abeja a veces camina, claro cuando está de ánimos 😂, de lo contrario debemos llevarla en brazos. Esos 11 kilos ya resienten mi columna, pero todo sea por su bienestar y por el mío, después de todo caminar es saludable, así dicen los especialistas 😂

Today has been a day of long walks through the city, I have to take my little one to therapy, the Rehabilitation Center is in the urbanization Los Chaimas. We walk most of the way, even the little bee sometimes walks, of course when she is in the mood 😂, otherwise we have to carry her in our arms. Those 11 kilos already resent my spine, but everything is for her well-being and mine, after all, walking is healthy, so say the specialists 😂.

Lo cierto es que a eso de las 10: 00 de la mañana hacía una brisa agradable y los rayos solares no estaban tan intensos, así que nos dispusimos a disfrutar del paisaje. A esa hora hay muchas personas en la calle, haciendo diversas diligencias. Todos en su mundo con sus propias preocupaciones. Como Alma es muy sociable va saludando como haciendo campaña política 😂.

The truth is that at about 10:00 in the morning there was a nice breeze and the sun's rays were not so intense, so we set out to enjoy the scenery. At that hour there are many people on the street, running various errands. Everyone in their own world with their own worries. As Alma is very sociable she goes around waving as if doing political campaigning 😂.

Después de las 11:30 de la mañana la brisa por una extraña razón dejó de soplar y el sol se intensificó de tal forma que sentíamos que nos íbamos a derretir, el cambio climático en la ciudad se siente en cada rincón. De allí que debamos tomar ciertas previsiones, por ejemplo, mantenernos hidratados, usar gorras, protector solar y ropa adecuada y cómoda.

After 11:30 in the morning the breeze for a strange reason stopped blowing and the sun intensified in such a way that we felt like we were going to melt, the climate change in the city is felt in every corner. That is why we should take certain precautions, for example, keep hydrated, wear hats, sunscreen and appropriate and comfortable clothing.

Luego, fui para otra comunidad a hacer algunas diligencias, no tomé muchas fotos ya que con una bebé se hace un poco complicado 😂, pero trato de disfrutar el proceso. Ser mamá es agotador, aún sigo en modo ensayo y error, mientras tanto me dedico a las caminatas y a contar mis pasos con la aplicación @actifit.

Then, I went to another community to run some errands, I didn't take many pictures since with a baby it gets a little complicated 😂, but I try to enjoy the process. Being a mom is exhausting, I'm still in trial and error mode, meanwhile I dedicate myself to walks and counting my steps with the @actifit app.
