Today was a beautiful Sunday, a day to rest and walk along the coast, where the sea breeze helps us detoxify body and mind. Our lungs appreciate it, our blood gets oxygenated, and we relax immensely.
Afterward, I went in search of delicious fruits and provisions, touring the marketplaces. The distance is long, so I took the opportunity for my walk, gaining in health. I didn't buy much, due to rising prices, but we have to eat and keep going to reach the end victoriously. Have a lovely night. 馃憢馃従馃檹馃従馃挭馃従馃

Hoy fue un hermoso domingo, toc贸 descansar y pasear por la costa, donde la brisa del mar nos ayuda a desintoxicar el cuerpo y la mente, los pulmones lo agradecen, la sangre se oxigena y nos relajamos inmensamente.
Luego fui en busca de deliciosas frutas y viandas, recorriendo los lugares de venta, la distancia es larga y aprovech茅 para m铆 caminata, ganando en salud.
