I'm excited because tomorrow is very special day for Muslim because tomorrow is our Eid (Eid -ul -Fitr). Eid Mubarak in advanced to my all Muslims. All Muslims fast during the month of Ramadan and therefore God gave us gifts as a special day. And in this particular day we start our day with dessert.
Today I made Vermicelli. This is a traditional sweet dish in our country (Muslim). Or maybe it is called a religious dish. We also eat in normal days, but it is special in every house of our Eid that we make it and we eat it before praying. It is very easy to make. Let's make it
First we have a packet of Vermicelli and break it into two. I take it half because we are small family. And it's enough for us
Remove dirty things like stones and other things like this
Take three glasses of water and boil it well
When it boils, separate it with the help of pouring basket. And take it aside
Now take four glasses of milk and boil it again and again
When it looks dense, then add four tablespoons sugar
Now add 2 or 3 to the number of cardamom. It helps make it delicious
Heat all the items for five minutes and again boil it
Add boiled vermicelli into it
It cooked for 5-10 minutes at low temperatures. Finally it's ready to eat. Looks delicious but I am waiting for the moment because I prepared for it yesterday
