Alright then, it's that time of day again and I'm starting another freewrite.
A happy national tequila day to all! wow, I can't believe that that's actually a thing. But you know what's even more unbelievable? Today is also national thermal engineer day. yeah, it's true, it's a thing. Look it up if you don't believe me. I personally feel kind of shocked that that's a thing, because, come on there's no national mechanical engineer day, is there? unless, wait... nope, not actually a thing. Phew. wipes brow. But still, isn't it enough that we have a national day for a food every single day of the year? I mean, yesterday was national vanilla ice cream day, and that actually seems a lot more interesting to me than national tequila day or national thermal engineers' day. But it is what it is.
And, I caught myself saying it again. Or in this case, typing it. I don't know, I personally think it's bad enough that everybody, and I mean everybody has a speech quirk, without it carrying over into the things we type. I mean, seriously, It is what it is ? what does that even mean? I'm not really sure, and I'm the one who goes around saying it.
But anyway, let's get off of speech quirks and onto more random topics, because you know, that's what life's about. Umm, let's see, how about coffee? Yeah, I'm not really sure where that came from, might have something to do with the coffee mug on the desk in front of me - and it's not even mine! Well, coffee addiction is kinda annoying, especially for those who are so addicted they get headaches when they quit. Comes with drinking at least 4 cups a day. Ha - I'll never reach that point. I drink two, max three, and I don't increase the number of cups I drink, I just make the coffee stronger. ... Although I'm not really sure how that helps combat addiction.
Anyway, coffee addiction can be fun at times. Just imagine going over to someone and informing them that you're addicted to a chemical substance, and you need to consume it every day in order to function. It can be a lot of fun when they freak out ;) But remember, I told you nothing, you came up with this on your own, and if you claim otherwise, well, the next time you wake up you might find yourself sleeping with the fishes. (I don't know the statement just doesn't seem right with the word "fish," you just have to add the "es."
But anyway, back onto whatever random topic we were discussing today, which is... oh never mind, looks like I've hit my goal for today's word count, somewhere in the mid-400's. Guess we'll have to gat back to this next time. Though I'm not entirely sure what this is, and I highly doubt I'll remember a random topic from today at that point... or that I would, even if I did have a real topic in mind. Toodles!
Hypebole out.
Note: Wow, I always wanted to randomly say toodles to someone, looks like I finally managed it. Pictures added after, source = https://pixabay.com. oh, yeah, and I was planning on closing that parenthesis by sleeping with the fishes and adding a comma - oops.
