You're lost. You constantly see posts about cryptocurrency or whatever else is popular to talk about. So then you think to yourself. "I should talk about that because that's what's popular" or "I should talk about this because it makes the most money". I'm not a fan of posting about things just because they are popular or because it make you tons of money. For me I have always tried to share my life as well as some other things that interest me the most. This is the main thing I want to focus on as I discuss my thoughts on whether you should post what others want to hear or what you truly enjoy talking about.
For example, I know how discouraging it can be to talk about the deep things in life because you love it but people's comments about the subject seem to be running far from you. I have been there numerous times. But this is not the signal to start talking about what everyone else is talking about just for the sake of it. Giving your content a voice is more about putting YOU on display in your work. It's really simple.
Be bold. Be you. No one is living your life but you and know one can tell your story or talk about your interests the way you can. This is my encouragement to you especially if you are new to Steemit or Dtube. Simply start creating content centered around things that interest you the most. You'll be surprised how many people out there are interested in similar things. Peace.
