I Saw a small area that was used as a water reservoir. The water source comes from the mountains. The location is at the foot of gede pangrango, Sukabumi, north west Java.
The air temperature in this area is quite cool, and then sering several cattle ranchers thriving. The idea arose to paint cows.
Street artis take advantage of painting only the heads of cows that look fat, a type of fat cow called the lemosin cow.
Street painters maximize their work, because the focus of the painting is on the cows head, not the entire body of the cow. I only assume the painting is a symbol encouraging the development of livestock farming. Especially cattle farming.
