While I wait for a clear view of the remaining walls done during the last Under Pressure festival (which I hope to be able to photograph soon), I’d like to share this 3D lettering piece by Dyske, located on the fried chicken restaurant Roch Le Coq. This color scheme should bring a bit of sunshine to this winter! 😀

En attendant que je puisse photographier les murs qui me manquent du festival Under Pressure, j'espère avoir bientôt une vue dégagée dessus, je vous présente ce lettrage 3D de Dyske qui se trouve sur le restaurant de poulet frit Roch Le Coq. Cette palette de couleurs va apporter un peu de soleil pendant cet hiver 😀.

This lettering can be found on Saint-Hubert Street, near Rachel Street, in Montreal. It’s on the wall of the restaurant Roch Le Coq, which serves some truly great fried chicken at a reasonable price. Every now and then, their 6-piece of white chicken really hits the spot on a Friday evening, a perfect way to unwind after a week of work.

Ce lettrage se trouve sur la rue Saint-Hubert proche de la rue Rachel à Montréal. Il est sur le mur du restaurant Roch Le Coq, il faut vraiment du bon poulet frit à prix raisonnable. De temps en temps, leur 6 morceaux de blanc dépannent un vendredi soir pour décompresser après une semaine de travail.

Dyske

I think I truly discovered this artist this year at the Mur Légal de Rouen in Montreal. Dyske has been very active over the last few months (or perhaps I’m just coming across his work more easily these days 😀). His 3D style is highly recognizable and always superbly executed.

Je pense que j'ai découvert vraiment cet artiste cette année au Mur Légal de Rouen à Montréal. Dyske est très actif depuis quelques mois (ou alors c'est moi qui tombe sur son travail plus facilement 😀 ). Son style 3D est très reconnaissable et superbement exécuté.

This is also the case on this wall, where the artist incorporated the colors of the restaurant Roch le Coq and played with its logo to create this lettering. The final result is truly well-executed. It’s a shame, though, that it was tagged over a bit too quickly for my taste.

C'est encore le cas sur ce mur où l'artiste a repris les couleurs du restaurant Roch le Coq et joué avec le logo pour faire ce lettrage. Le résultat final est vraiment réussi. Dommage que cela a été taggué un peu trop rapidement à mon goût.
