I tried to write on Market friday Community which was intiated 
The of this bakery is "Mapel", this shop been open a few years ago,the place is strategically passed by public transportation,every day this shop is crowded.
Bread for some Indonesian people is an inter mediate food after the staple food,namely Rice,there is also this food as a staple food for those who don't eat rice.
Bread is one of the foods we most often encounter, foods that contain carbohydrates,bread is often used as an alternstive for breakfast.
Just like rice in Indonesia,bread is a staple food in Western Countries snd were as rice which is processed into many varieties and also bread is of many kinds.
I go to bakery to eat between before esting rice at noon in the day, what is usually done is breakfast porridge, then lunch is heavy and around 5 pm is in dinner with rice,maybe different in each Country.
This time I went to shop cake to buy some bread and take is home,eat it at home,various types of bread are generally sold here.
This type of bread is made from ingredient from high quality wheat flour,while bread made from wheat (gandum) is not much.
In general bread that is esten in Western Countries or Europe bread with wheat(gandum) ingredients.
As for the type of bread sold here there are many types,
Such as Orimille bread,gandum chese bread,butter milk raisan bread, brownies kecil bread,garlic bread,croissant sosis bread and other.
The bread while the front room is only for sales and cashiers,seen on the shelves of bread lined up. Every thing looks like a good arrangement so that visitors are easy to choose what they like.
Sales with the visitor system taking the bread to be purchased them selves. The seller only provides a place to put the purchased bread and provides a tool to take the bread.
So it is not held by direct hands,this shop is open morning 8am and closes at 10pm, number of employees in front about 3 people.
After seeing and selecting the bread,then the bread is brought to the cashier to be paid later wrapped in plastic, thank you.
