Preparation time: 1.30-2 hours
Flour 2 cups
Salt 1/2 (half) teaspoon
Curd 1 teaspoon
Soda bicarbonate / sweet soda / soda soda 1/4 (one fourth teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Milk 1/2 (half) cup
Stuffing
200 grams of cottage cheese
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Chut masala 1/2 (half) teaspoon
Method
step 1
Take the dough in a bowl, add salt, curd, soda of food, sugar and milk to the soft dough.
Step 2
Cover with soaked cloth and keep it for an hour. Heat the oven as hot as possible. Make loaves of cloves and leave them for five minutes. Mix well by adding cheese, salt, half teaspoon red chilli powder and licking masala in a bowl.
Step 3
Make every small tree full of flour, make a small paneer mixture in between and make the round ball by bringing the edges together.
Step 4
Keep these filled balls for five minutes. Then make each ball a ball of six inch, place it on a baking tray, spread all over the breadth and sprinkle a little bit of red chilli powder.
Step 5
Allow to bake for five to seven minutes in the hot oven. Make a little butter on each family and serve hot.
