Cześć! Dziś już drugi post o pizzy. W ostatnim pisałem o połączeniu jalapeno z serem feta, dzisiejsze składniki są jeszcze bardziej ekstrawaganckie. :D Gotowi? No to jazda!

Zaczynam standardowo od rozkręcenia placka i posmarowania go sosem pomidorowym

Następnie standardowo posypujemy serem

Teraz czas na pierwszy składnik! Jest to boczek

Następny składnik to tytułowy szpinak, bardzo go lubię dlatego dodaję go całkiem dużo :D

Ten składnik to jajka. Biorę dwa i rozbijam na pizzę.

Ważne jest, żeby żółtko nie ścieło się do końca. W trakcie krojenia może się trochę rozwalić, ale ścięte nie smakuje tak dobrze jak takie lekko płynne.

Wygląda apetycznie i smakuje nieziemsko! Nazywamy ją Szpinakowe Szaleństwo, bo na jej punkcie można oszaleć. :D
Polecam sprawdzić!
To tyle na dziś! Niedługo kolejne posty o pizzy i penspinningu.

Pozdrawiam, Hrabia

Hey! Today is the second post about pizza. In the last one I wrote about combining jalapeno with feta cheese, today's ingredients are even more extravagant. : D Ready? Let's go!

I start by unscrewing the pie and spreading it with tomato

Then sprinkle with cheese as standard

Now it's time for the first ingredient! It is bacon

The next ingredient is the title spinach, I like it very much, that's why I add quite a lot of it: D

I put the prepared pizza into the oven. Standard temperature 350 from the top and 400 from the bottom.

Just before the end of baking, I add the last ingredient. It is quite rare on pizza, but I assure you it does the job! : D
This ingredient is eggs. I take two and break it into a pizza.

It is important that the yolk does not stick to the end. It may break down a bit when cut, but when cut, it does not taste as good as slightly liquid ones.

It looks appetizing and tastes amazing! I recommend checking out!
That's it for today! Soon more posts about pizza and penspinning.

Regards, Hrabia
