Shifting the focus from "why has this happened to me?" to "what can I learn from this" is the starting point for coping with all levels of suffering.
It’s not “easy” all the time to do it but it’s harder to keep asking why and never getting a clear answer, because you likely never will.
Our why's keep us stuck like a frozen lake until we are willing to shift to seeing the lesson vs the curse.
Sunshine prevails at some point and the ice melts.
