Being a free person for me, it is relative because there are times when I don't want to be free, strange right? Yeah, I feel as long as I live on this Earth I can never be completely free even if I'm opportuned to be free. The one (God) who created us has always given us the choice to make for ourselves even after giving us the options. But then it's so sad that most times we don't even know what is best for us and we might end up making the wrong choice.
As regards the question asked in the Hivelearner's community, about what my choice would be if I were to choose between freedom of speech and My privacy. It's not going to be a surprise to me if I end up making the wrong choice because the truth is both are important but not at every point of our lives. Well, I'd still try to give a response to the topic and make one choice out of the two given.
Freedom of speech implies that I'd be free to say whatever I want to say without the fear of judgement or persecution. The true is, it's so enjoyable when we get to say whatever however we want and if I'm to choose I'd definitely chose to have a voice over having my privacy which I can never really have in the first place.
Choosing my privacy means a lot of things and I think so many people never really taught about those things before opting in for it. When you chose your privacy over your voice it means you like keeping secrets a lot and you are not even ready to let go of those secrets. It's true that there is no one without secrets but then sooner than later someone will find out about those little or big secrets which makes you value your privacy so much.
Choosing to having my privacy, for me, it means that I won't like to have things to do with people a lot and that is not me at all. I love people even though they annoy me sometimes 馃槀. I just imagine me choosing my privacy and then I fall sick, please who will take care of miss privacy? No one will really want to because they must know that I love my privacy but then I might even need them. And I can't ask them to help me out because I want to keep to my so called principles of having my privacy.
It is true that we all have a reason for the choices we make but then I do believe that we all need one another and no matter what form of privacy you need there will always come a time when you will wish you had your voice over your privacy. I remember when I was Little, we normally tell those of us that refuse to share things with others that... "when you eat alone, you also die alone", lol. Well I do see some sense in it the more I grow older.
Yes privacy is good at some point but now that I keep thinking about it, I don't think I can chose to loss my voice for my privacy, my voice is what I can use to tell someone I need some privacy, I hope you get it, hehe. So I'm definitely choosing to have a freedom to speak over having my privacy.
That would be all for now, until next time, stay AWESOME and JIGGY!!!
