It's been a week I didn't post here.
It's a rainy gloomy morning for us here. And I was feel little tired to do more household chores. In this weather I just want to stay on bed, scrolling on social media, reading messages and watching movie. For todays lunch, I was just cooking spaghetti. So that I didn't have to cooked for rice. And we can saved for rice hehe. A meal that in one carbs and viands.
Ingredients
- Pasta
- Spaghetti Sauce
- Tomato Sauce
- Ground Pork
- Hotdog
- Onion
- Garlic
- Condensed Milk
- Cheese
I was start to boil water with salt. I am using two electric cooker because I cook 1 kilo of spaghetti and each cooker has only limit cook of 500g of spaghetti.
While waiting for the water to boil. I also wash the ground pork and hotdog and let it drain the excess water. After that I sliced the garlic, onion and hotdog.
After a few minutes the water was boil and I put the pasta
And wait the pasta to tender and stir occasionally.
The pasta was cooked and I drain the water.
Cooking for the sauce. This time I was in hurry because it almost 11:45am . And my partner had an urgent meeting at 12:30pm. So he needs to eat lunch first before he proceed to his meeting. So I need to cook it faster. But still having time to capture picture. 😀
Saute the garlic for a few seconds.
Add onion. Saute until aromatic.
Put the ground pork. Mix and cooked until turns brown.
Next put the hotdog and let it cook for a few minutes.
Put the spaghetti sauce and let it boil. Before adding.
The tomato sauce and let it boil again.
After boiling. Put the condensed milk. (Depends on your taste.)
Put cheese and let it cook for minutes.
And done cooking by 12:10pm. Started having lunch together with my partner. And after that he proceed to his meeting.
