I have a separate desk for my journal writing. It's looking more and more like a crafts table, all I need to do is pull out my washi tape.
There's something that shifts inside me when I sit at this desk, I know it's journaling time. It's the time I actually get to create with my hands instead of online with a keyboard. I have something tangible to work with and I like the break from the electronics.
I've read articles about how having different work stations or changing up where you work during the day can help you be more productive, focused/ in flow, and happier. I'd have to say I agree 100%.
Do you have a special space for just journal writing?
