Hi everyone. This post is to announce some of my intentions regarding the extended Let's Plays of certain games ("Longplays") that I mentioned that I would start doing in my previous scheduling post. The Longplay format is much different than my usual 10-minute video format, so there are going to be some differences.
Firstly, and most importantly, because of the length of these types of videos, I will not be able to upload them on my VidLii channel for the time being. This is because, in addition to a 1 gigabyte size limit, VidLii also imposes a 15 minute time limit on videos. DTube, of course, has no such time limit, so the Longplays will be uploaded to my channel as usual. In the future, the Longplays will also be uploaded to BitChute and LBRY, but for now they will be DTube exclusives :)
Good ol' DTube!
Next, I should mention that I will mostly be playing roguelike video games for my Longplay series. In particular, three games that I want to play are Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup, Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead, and NetHack. I will mostly be alternating between these three games for the first few months. In the future, I may play other roguelikes, or even other types of games as part of the Longplay series, but these three will be the initial focus.

Finally, I want to announce that, because of the proximity of Christmas, I will not be uploading my first Longplay episode this week, and will instead wait until next week. I mentioned in my previous schedule post that I was changing from uploading videos all throughout the week to uploading them exclusively on the weekend. I also added more videos per week to be uploaded, so I anticipated some difficulty in matching the schedule perfectly right away. I am actually surprised that I managed to transition so quickly to my new schedule, and I am set to match my set times and dates fully starting next week. :)
That about does it for what I wanted to say this week! Hope you all are looking forward to the Longplay series! See you soon :)
(PS: I also want to note that I am going to start licensing all my new videos under Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike starting immediately. I am already doing this with my Endless Sky series, but I was retaining the CC-BY license for my SuperTuxKart series up to this point, since that was the license I released them under on YouTube. However, standardization begins here, and even my new STK vids will be CC-BY-SA from now on!)
