Show us your favourite pot/s and the plant/s you have in them!

In practically all gardens here in Venezuela 馃嚮馃嚜, pots or containers aren't used because they're very expensive. So, to solve this little problem, any container (especially plastic) is reused for planting. Sometimes we even forget to transplant them later (if we have the chance), and well, that's how things turn out, like what happened at home with this hibiscus plant.

My mom is a big fan of having cacti at home, so because of their size, she keeps them in small pots so they don't get lost and, of course, to avoid any accidents with their spines. They're also easier to move around, but most of the time she keeps them next to other plants.

There are also some much larger ones that, a while ago, formed a kind of tunnel to enter the house through the patio, but as they grew, it became very difficult to maintain. That's why we rarely go through it now, although we're thinking of fixing it up a bit and trying to create something beautiful and natural.

And so ends my post for week -43 contest with the theme Pot for the #hivegarden community thanks to the support of gardenhive@gardenhive where I hope to participate more often because I love nature and all it has to offer.
