This had to be one of my favourite shots from the Gin and Tonic special. This one is called Flower.
It is a mesmerising blend of Blue Pea Flower infused with the Short Story brand gin, some sweet elderflower syrup, some zesty lime juice and fresh basil, topped with tonic water.
