Here's to one of the best nasi goreng i've had in my life till date. The quantity was plentiful and it was quite filling. ihis is basically a spicy indonesian classic fried rice with seafood, chicken satay, prawn crackers and fried egg served with a side of peanut sauce oh and this peanut sauce was to die for ughhh.
Cutting into that fried egg and seeing the yolk ooze out was such a delight. the tenderness of the chicken satay was on point and the flavours all blended well together. Mixing that peanut sauce into the rice turned out great to be honest.
