our brains only recognize numbers and patterns, that's why computers were built that way, the only thing a computer system recognizes and understands are only 0's and 1's, have you ever wondered why your body has the ability to adjust to anything, no matter whatever it is as long as you're around that thing steady enough for a while you become accustomed to it

Naturally, that's so because as you keep doing a thing repeatedly over time a pattern is created and your brain quickly adapts to this pattern because that's what the brain recognizes and understands just like the computer.

I've actually thought about this over again and I have come to the conclusion that consistency or say "diligent" "intentional" and "purposeful"consistency over a thing is how mastery and success is achieved, anything outside this is a joke.

you take this for instance, have you watched anybody do a particular thing, it could be a business or a skill they are good at or something they continuously do over time, the more they do that the better the become, such that you can look at them today and say indeed this one is a genius, no they aren't any genius, ofcourse I understand that some persons have prowess, some rare giftings in certain area but still that gift would have amount to nothing if they didn't intentionally put in effort to grow and groom it to standards.

how many times have you tried doing something for the first time and failed miserably, the frustration and disappointment written allover you is enough to convince anyone you quit, the reason we struggle at our every "FIRST" is because our brain has not recognize and documented the patterns and so we have to keep on doing it till it sticks and then see how it flows effortlessly...

I recall the first time I learnt wrapping samosa and spring roll, my hands were literally shaking, I was a total jerk, but weeks as I try and try and try, I became a pro at it.

The point is no body was literally born a genius or with whatever super powers, it's all through the power of consistency, you can admire someone today and feel they got lucky while blaming yourself and feeling miserable, frustrated with everything, angry at even life itself, but you fail to realise that it's happens so because your brain had not capture the patterns yet, it's fighting to recognize and understand the new thing you're trying to do, by the time you continue learning from your failures, frustration and disappointment adding all that experiences together you become better and continues to improved and then you can mastered the art and now become successful in it.
