The #gosh and #posh tags are used in the Hive blockchain community to encourage engagement and promotion, but they serve different purposes:
#gosh: This tag rewards you for creating or sharing a Hive-related post that gets attention. The more people interact with it (like commenting or upvoting), the more you're rewarded for sparking "activity" within the Hive community.
#posh: This tag rewards you for promoting Hive on Web2 social media platforms (like Twitter, Instagram, etc.). It’s about spreading the word about Hive outside the blockchain to bring in new interest or users.
