Visando manter a sustentabilidade e estabilidade do token HBR ao longo prazo é sugerido que seja ativado o Staking do token HBR e seja definido: um prazo para unstaking (poderíamos seguir a LeoFinance e deixar 28 dias em 4 transações, ou seja uma por semana.)
Juntamente com essa proposta, também visamos alterar o formato de criação de propostas para que apenas HOLDERS que mantenham pelo menos 1 token em staking (possam fazer propostas ou pré propostas).
Nesse caso, se a pessoa não possuir 1 HBR em staking, poderá pedir para uma que tem pelo menos 1 token delegar ele para poder criar a proposta/pre proposta.
Utilizando a Prova de Participação. Todos os holders do token HBR podem expressar estar de acordo ou contra a proposta nos comentários, seja através de imagens, texto ou emojis. Tambem é possível sugerir alteração na forma da proposta sem alterar o mérito.
No caso da proposta #07, o mérito consiste em ativar o mecanismo de Staking para o HBR e definir um valor mínimo em Staking para criação de propostas.
A votação terá a contagem de 7 dias, encerrando às 23:59 (horário de Brasília) do dia 04/11/2023.
