En nuestra casa tenemos a Hive account@cautiva-30, una hiver talentosa que nos ha regalado diferentes reflexiones en su blog, pues es usuario frecuente de las comunidades Holos Lotus, Tribu de Mujeres y Ladies of Hive, en esta última es moderadora y realiza un excelente trabajo como jurado en los concursos que allí se organizan.

Los invitamos a disfrutar de esta entrevista, donde develaremos la historia que se esconde detrás de esta hiver, lean cada detalle y aprendan con su experiencia y consejos. Ella con pasos firmes va dejando una huella con su excelente contenido.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres etc.)

Antes que nada un cordial saludo para esta increíble Comunidad, gracias Hive account@ramisey por la invitación, mi nombre es Mariela Briceño, en Hive Hive account@cautiva-30, Administradora, Jubilada egresada de la Universidad (UNEXCA), de Caracas, Venezolana, mi hobby es la lectura, en especial temas de crecimiento personal, me encanta viajar, conocer nuevos lugares y personas.

2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?

Navegando en las redes, en YouTube buscaba la manera de generar ingresos, entonces me registré en un sitio para hacer encuestas y entre los videos que veía en youtube apareció Hive, lo cual me llamó la atención el hecho de generar ingresos pasivos, luego de eso me registré en Peakd, ya han pasado un poco más de 2 años desde mi llegada a esta maravillosa plataforma.

3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?

La diferencia que veo con respecto a otras redes es que he podido conocer e interactuar con personas de otros países, con contenido fresco, somos una comunidad donde las voces se alzan y resuenan con cada escrito, lectura y comentario, y junto con ello el poder monetizar y crecer económicamente.

4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?

Buscando nuestro ser creativo.

5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?

Las comunidades donde más publico son: #Holos Lotus, #Cocina Creativa, #Empoderar el Talento, #Ladies of Hive, #Tribu de Mujeres.

En cada una de estas comunidades he recibido una cálida recepción y es donde he encontrado un lugar para expresar mi contenido.

6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?

Mi mayor logro ha sido en la Comunidad de Damas de la Colmena, donde me dieron la oportunidad de ser parte de las moderadoras en los Concursos, así como en Encuentro de Talentos y Tribu mujeres donde me dieron el distintivo de miembro, además el rol obtenido en el canal de Discord.

7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?

Me costaba hacer buenos escritos, mejorar las fotos, las portadas, los tags.

8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?

Sé que aún me queda mucho por aprender, pero debo ser más constante, para poder crecer en recursos y seguir apoyando a otras comunidades, así como he recibido apoyo de ellas, y de los Hivers quienes más han promocionado mi contenido.

9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?

Les diría que no sólo leer o rebloguear, comentar publicaciones es una forma de darse a conocer y hacer comunidad.

10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?

Les diría que es una plataforma donde convergen diferentes culturas, hay personas muy talentosas y profesionales que nos guían y nos ayudarán cuando necesitemos valorar todo lo que nos concierne, porque aquí apreciaremos la belleza que llevamos dentro.

11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?

Estuve en uno de los programas de curación, Hive account@crisch23 me invitó a participar, pero por mi tema auditivo, como no podía usar los audífonos, Hive account@misticogama muy amablemente leyó mi contenido, es un espacio muy agradable cargado de buena vibra, me encantó, es excelente para hacer comunidad, así como agradezco recibir su apoyo en las publicaciones.

In our house we have Hive account@cautiva-30, a talented hiver who has shared her thoughts with us on her blog. She is a frequent user of the Holos Lotus, Tribu de Mujeres, and Ladies of Hive communities. In the latter, she is a moderator and does an excellent job as a judge in the contests organized there.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)

First of all, a warm greeting to this incredible community. Thank you Hive account@ramisey for the invitation. My name is Mariela Briceño, Hive account@cautiva-30 on Hive. I am an administrator and a retired university graduate (UNEXCA) from Caracas, Venezuela. My hobby is reading, especially topics related to personal growth. I love traveling, seeing new places, and meeting new people.

2. How did you find Hive and what was your first impression?

I was browsing the internet, searching YouTube for ways to generate income, so I signed up for a site to take surveys. Among the videos I was watching on YouTube, Hive appeared, and I was drawn to the idea of generating passive income. After that, I signed up for Peakd. It's been a little over two years since I joined this wonderful platform.

3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive?

The difference I see compared to other networks is that I have been able to meet and interact with people from other countries, with fresh content. We are a community where voices are raised and resonate with every post, read, and comment, and along with that, the ability to monetize and grow economically.

4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be?

Seeking our creative selves.

5. Which communities do you post in or interact with most often, and why?

The communities where I post the most are: #Holos Lotus, #Creative Cooking, #Empowering Talent, #Ladies of Hive, #Women's Tribe.

I have received a warm welcome in each of these communities, and they are where I have found a place to express my content.

6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far?

My greatest achievement has been in the Ladies of the Hive Community, where I was given the opportunity to be one of the moderators in the Contests, as well as in the Talent Meeting and Women's Tribe, where I was given the member badge, in addition to the role I obtained in the Discord channel.

7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started out?

I had trouble writing well, improving my photos, covers, and tags.

8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?

I know I still have a lot to learn, but I need to be more consistent so I can grow my resources and continue to support other communities, just as I have received support from them and from the Hivers who have promoted my content the most.

9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?

I would tell them not to just read or reblog, but to comment on posts as a way to make themselves known and build community.

10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?

I would tell them that it is a platform where different cultures converge, where there are very talented and professional people who guide us and help us when we need to assess everything that concerns us, because here we will appreciate the beauty that we carry within us.

11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?

I was in one of the healing programs. Hive account@crisch23 invited me to participate, but because of my hearing issues, I couldn't use the headphones, so Hive account@misticogama very kindly read my content. It's a very pleasant space full of good vibes. I loved it. It's excellent for building community, and I appreciate receiving their support in the publications.
