El día de ayer domingo, teníamos planeado reunirnos en el canal de Telegram "Hive por mi cuenta", una iniciativa que surgió del entusiasmo y que contaba con la colaboración de Hispapro y los Hivers de Barquisimeto. Desafortunadamente, problemas técnicos, relacionados con el servicio eléctrico, obstaculizaron la planificación y no pudimos llevar a cabo la reunión como habíamos estipulado.
Uno de los temas que estábamos deseando explorar juntos es "La Odisea de la Seguridad en Web3". Esta revolución tecnológica ha empoderado a las personas al otorgarles la propiedad de sus activos digitales. Sin embargo, esta propiedad también viene con una gran responsabilidad, proteger esos activos. Aquí es donde entran en juego las claves secretas, desempeñando un papel crucial. En Hive y otros protocolos similares, se nos otorgan un conjuntos de claves, cada una con su función única. Es esencial que reconozcamos y utilicemos estas claves de manera adecuada para mantener nuestros activos digitales seguros.
No podemos ignorar la constante amenaza de los piratas informáticos que acechan en línea. Estos ciberdelincuentes están siempre ideando estrategias, buscando vulnerabilidades en nuestros de todo tipo. Por lo tanto, debemos ser cautelosos y estar siempre alerta. Evitemos responder a llamadas o mensajes de extraños y resistamos la tentación de aceptar regalos sospechosos que a menudo se ofrecen a través de las redes sociales o incluso directamente.
Además, teníamos planes emocionantes para abrir cuentas de Hive en vivo durante nuestra reunión. We cannot ignore the constant threat of hackers lurking online. These cybercriminals are always devising strategies, looking for vulnerabilities in our of all kinds. Therefore, we must be cautious and always alert. Let's avoid answering calls or messages from strangers and resist the temptation to accept suspicious gifts that are often offered through social networks or even directly.
In addition, we had exciting plans to open live Hive accounts during our meeting. This practice is not only educational, but also strengthens our community by engaging more people to our ecosystem. We will continue to host these meetings with the goal of learning and moving towards building a more secure environment.
In summary, we believe that Web3 security plays a critical role that we must approach responsibly. Most of the time we arrive and do not even imagine that it is possible to own something in the digital realm, in Hive it is possible and we must be prepared to guard this entry point to digital ownership.
