Hello, all-vegan lovers greetings today It was the summer solstice on Tuesday and for that I made this tropical fruit salad. normally we are very lucky in the summertime to get lots of fruits here locally but tropical fruits are not so easy to buy. last days I was in Oslo and there it is easy to find different kinds of vegetables and fruits in the foreign shops. I got some Indian Alphonso Mangos papaya and pomegranates. plus some nectarines, oranges, and cherries from the local shop. so many fruits at once. then the idea came to my mind to make this summer fruit salad.

My phone was confused about this salad photo. instead of the food setting, it was changing automatically to flower setting.

The fruits i used:
1/2 papaya
1 mango
1 orange
1 nectarine
1 tsp lime juice
I did not use the apple in the photo instead, I used some cherries and
mint leaves
