Walking with Ethan has been chill after his training. He walks by my side and knows the cue and what to do or where to poop (he poops at vacant lots which is okay). Since he's been trained, he knows he shouldn't go crazy on distractions like cats, small kids, and other dogs. Although some days it's not perfect, he could still try to pull me to the kids and maybe try to sniff or play with them but I don't allow that and just have to reiterate to him that they aren't his playmates.

Today, we walked on a new route.

This village has what they call "phases", the houses are grouped in to three phases and the ones we're at are the townhouses type. We usually just go around our phase cos it's big enough for us to walk for 30+ minutes and he gets tired after. Also, I've been trying to familiarize the neighborhood and how many strays (or just offleashed dogs) are around. Since we are already fine with it, I decided to explore the other phase.

There's like a problem there though.

To be able to go to the other phase, you'll have to pass by a what-looked-like a compound for construction workers (cos the village isn't done yet) and they have a pack of dogs. I'm talking about 8-10 dogs. These dogs are off-leashed and when another dog passes by, they go near at you and these little pieces of shit barks at you.

These dogs in the pics are just some of the pack. They're literally like 8-10 or probably even 10+ dogs. All. barking. at. the. same. time.

I'm not scared of them anymore and I just shoo them. My dog just looks at them and at that time I told him to sit cos I wanna take pics of them stupid dogs hahah. We stayed there for like 3 minutes and they probably wondered why we aren't bothered so you can see at the right photo they're not looking at us anymore.

I can see why most owners with their dogs walk at our phase tho. Any owners can be so anxious at these dogs because who wouldn't??? I mean 10 dogs bark at you at the same time and follows you.

The gardeners and workers at the compound don't look bothered tho. They don't even call their own dogs or tell them to stop barking which is so annoying but I think they know they will just bark and won't do anything. Still, they should discipline them cos not everyone is brave or knows how to handle this shit.

Anyway, in this phase the big houses are located. As you can see the roads are big, they are way better than the ones we're in. The houses also have wider gaps unlike in ours where they're very congested.

There's not much people living in some houses and some are still under construction so it was pretty quiet here.

The ''stay'' command is so useful when taking photos

I also took some pics of us near the gazeebo. He's a good boi as you see. He's also 9 months now and will still grow. Here you can see how big he is compared to me (I'm only 4'11).

Some people would ask me what breed he is, how old, and why he's big lol. I can't answer that. I guess his genes? I can see he's taller than other golden retrievers and he's not done growing yet.

Some would be afraid of him and some look at him with amusement. He's harmless tho. He just wants to play.

Maybe one day we can play fetch at that court when I'm confident enough to off leash him.
