Hayer with a rainy day I decided to make polenta for lunch.
Who does not know, polenta is a dish made from corn and it is very easy and quick to make.
You have to boil water with a little salt and when the water is boiling you have to add the polenta little by little, little by little it starts to cook, I really like adding butter to it, it gives it a special taste.
For a rainy day, a gray and cold day, nothing better than the best plate of polenta made by me.

Hayer con un día de lluvia decidí hacer polenta para almorzar.
Quiénes no saben, la polenta es un plato hecho a base de maíz y es muy fácil y rápido de hacer.
Hay que poner a hervir agua con un poquito de sal y cuando el agua está hirviendo hay que colocar la polenta de a poco, poco a poco se empieza a cocinar, a mí me gusta mucho agregarle manteca le da un gustito especial.
Para un día de lluvia, un día gris y frío nada mejor que el mejor plato de polenta hecho por mí.
