Here is my participation in the BeerSaturday 308 with a new beer from the Montreal brewery Beauregard, it's still an Irish Red but this time conditioned with nitrogen. For the past few weeks, I have really liked this type of beer, so when I see one at the grocery store, it quickly ends up in my fridge. But it doesn't stay there long 😀.

Here is the map of Quebec where I can show you precisely the location of the brewery. Beauregard is located on the island of Montreal, at 2253 rue Dandurand in Rosemont.
I have already presented this microbrewery with also an Irish Red (see BeerSaturday 313 - Irish Red (Beauregard) ) but this was not conditioned with nitrogen. In short, Beauregard was founded in 2018 by the Coutu brothers in Montreal with the mission of making people love dark, stout and to carry. Nice mission.
Belle mission.
As I said in the introduction, this Irish Red has been conditioned with nitrogen. Guinness is the main beer that uses this process to give a thicker neck and a cream appearance. I had no luck with the Irish Red, it was flat. However, this was not the case with this 4.4% alcohol beer hopped with Crystal and Styrian Goldings. In the glass, we have a beautiful amber color with a thick neck (this is the effect of nitrogen). Very good beer, it reconciles me with Beauregard because the last two beers tasted didn't impress me.
Generally the stylized B takes up all the space on the can. This isn't the case here, where the white B is on an amber background (color of beer). On the back, we find the characteristics of the beer and especially the mention Shake well which we aren't used to doing when opening a beer. Simple design but very recognizable at the grocery store and then I like the color chosen which shows directly what you will find in your glass.
Have a great week. / Très bonne semaine à tous.
Cheers / Santé / Salud 🍻
