The Illuminati's depopulation agenda has run into a snag. A mistake by a US Governmental Agency in releasing Classified Information detailing the governments ability to control the populace through their cell phones. I knew there was something more to people staring at their phones all day than "cool" apps. It looked like Zombie Mind Controll. The released documents show a human diagram with descriptors of the weapon capabilities that correspond to each part of our anatomy.
Cell phones are now psycho-electronic weapons. That can effectuate memory blanking and erroneous actions in the targeted individual or group. The technology can read and broadcast thoughts. It goes further by stating "forced manipulation of airways, including externally controlled forced speech," itching in "hard-to-reach areas" and dream control.
Psychotronic weaponry is being used from near and afar to mind control us on a routine, daily basis. Some pages in the report depict forms of "mass and individual remote mind control using the cell phone network" as well as "individual and group remote mind control via ‘black' helicopter carrying psychotronic weapons."
This is some serious S! Way weirder than Sci Fi or any conspiracy theory because IT IS TRUE!
