Hello, how are you friends, greetings, my name is henrrysworkout@henrrysworkout? Today I bring you what I consider the best exercise to gain strength and seconds in the Straddle Planche, this being one of my favorites to overcome the limits of this element, since it focuses a lot on posture, working on the connective memory of the element.

If you already have a Straddle planche and you still cannot do it in the perfect way or you have seconds left, I recommend doing it first with an elastic band to understand the movement in which we will do a Straddle planche lever followed by a refusal to pseudo planche followed by a pseudo planche lever, but why is this exercise so important? If you look at the movement, it has an unlocked lever and another blocked one plus a negative one, and if we look at what the plank is, we realize that it is a lever exercise and therefore the best exercise will always be a lever exercise because it is very different. holding the plank rather than doing it by force. I recommend putting it into your routines for between 3 to 5 sets to achieve muscle memory of the element and when you feel very comfortable doing it without a link as can be seen in the image.
