File.FM Library is a decentralized project that aims to unite the blockchain technology and the people to form a semi decentralized data platform on an open and equal basis for all to use. Files.fm Library will combine the existing digital library creation principles with new hybrid semi-decentralized technology, using P2P fog network of web browsers in order to reduce the costs and limitations of centralized digital libraries. With only $1 or the equivalent of 100 FFM tokens we can get an additional capacity for online storages for life, isn't that cheap?. And that is only one of the many benefits of this project. files.fm is a semi-decentralized online hydrid storage project that offers unlimited storage and speed. Everyone who contributes to files.fm will get their own benefits. Volunteers will get free tokens and users will also gain benefit too.

Although this is not the first project that has a decentralized storage concept but files.fm brings something new. before starting this project they were also active as an online storage service company. so this project has an experienced team of course. Looking at these facts, I give 9 values for this category.

Duration
I think the information I got, their files.fm ICO roadmap will expire Q1 2019. And if you look at the presales website they will start on February 1, 2019. So there will still be more than 4 months until the project ICO ends. Looking at all of this we can conclude that their project is projected for 2019. There is still time to prepare if you want to participate in this project.

Then what about the value of this category? if we overlay the preparation time of this ico and only see how long their ICO is carried out, we can conclude whether their duration has good value or not.

I personally give a value of 7 for this category. the reason is because I can't find detailed information about when their ico ends. I only read it from the roadmap, which is Q1 2019 (January-April). If we assume their ico will end in the final Q1 phase, it means their ico will be held until April.

Popularity
The way I observe whether a project is popular or not is by looking at their telegram group and also the number of visitors from their website the direct way. Many say a popular project, seen from how big their ICO opinion is. But in my opinion that is not enough because the number of website visitors, members of telegram chat groups, and followers of their social media accounts must also be considered. You might be suspicious if a project gets a large ICO income but the number of visitors to the website is very small. It could be that the project developer falsified their income or so on. because of that, I gathered some information, you can check what I found below.

Conclusion : For popularity of files.fm it seems we don't need to doubt it anymore. they have a high number of website visitors 33737 per alexa day rank below 15rb, this rank is already high. This is normal because files.fm is a company that has long existed. So it's not strange if they has many users. For their own social media accounts, it seems that they just made it, this can be seen from the number of followers they has. But I am sure this number will continue to grow every day. Looking at all the evidence that I collected, I don't hesitate to give a perfect score (10) for this category. and maybe this new project, is the only one that I gave the highest value for this category right now.
