Vietnamese cuisine has been a great surprise for me! New flavors, fresh veggies and not so much spiciness. I can say that in a little time, Vietnam got my stomach and little by little I’m enjoying more and more the food here. However, most of the time, Vietnamese dishes include noodles. Yes, there are noodles everywhere here! And I was missing something more Western, I can say… So, I started to look for some burgers! And this is what I found!
Burger Bros Da Nang
Burger Bros is definitely a place that I recommend to you if you’re craving for a good burger. They have a bunch of options on the menu, from the traditional cheeseburger to more unique combinations like cheddar, avocado, and bacon. They also have vegetarian and seafood burgers, which means, burgers for everyone!
They also have combos, where you can choose a burger, french fries or homemade coleslaw and one drink… Is this the Mac Donald’s of Da Nang? Maybe…
The place is very simple and relaxed. It’s close to MyAn Beach and it is a great choice for Friday night, for sure, or after some surf classes! The prices are quite higher if you compare to a local restaurant. Usually, local places charge from 30,000 - 50,000 Vietnamese dongs (around US$ 1 -3), but to have a combo you’ll spend around US$ 6,00. But, anyway, it is super affordable considering the burger!
Real meat
I choose a combo with a cheeseburger and french fries. The burger was really great and the meat tastes amazingly good! The french fries were super crunchy and they put some fried garlic together, which I really enjoyed. The basics are super great! The burger is not huge but it is enough if you’re not starving!
So, yes, go and get yours!
If you're a bit tired of noodles when in Vietnam, Burger Bros is a place to visit for sure!
