Tonight I went for a little run on my favorite track in the nature surrounding our summer house.
The track is fun to run because it has parts with rocks, sand, granite and is very narrow at times.
At some parts it makes it a bit challenging to keep up the speed because I must watch my speed in order not to trip and fall. I also stopped and took some photos along the way. Keep that in mind when you look at my Strava stats!
I鈥檓 at least glad I got a personal record on a segment. Next time I will get another... A lot of fun to compete against myself!
