I printed a simple job form for GODSWILL VENTURES today.
Just paper with a passport space at the top right.
But I realized - to someone out there, this paper is hope.
Positivity taught me this in business:
Small roles matter. A smiling attendant brings more customers than any advert.
Structure is love. Guarantor, NIN, referee - not because we don't trust, but because trust needs boundaries.
We sell more than fuel. We sell safety, trust, and opportunity.
If you run a small business in Lagos or anywhere, don't despise small beginnings.
Your attendant today can be your manager tomorrow.
Keep building. Godswill will always venture.
