Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community ojala esten bien, hoy entrenaremos la plancha usando unas pesas de pies, hubo un tiempo en el que me concentre mucho en la plancha y usar esto fue lo mejor que pude hacer.

La funcion de usar pesas en los pies es aumentar la dificultad de la palanca teniendo mas peso en un lado de estos, pueden usar una pesa de pies como algun zapato que sea pesado ya que al hacer la plancha estamos acostumbrados a no tener zapatos pero cuando agregamos asi sea un kilo es una gran dificultad levantarla y hacer cualquier cosa con ella, la comenzaremos a usar para que al momento de quitarla tengamos un mejor control y fuerza de nuestro cuerpo.
The function of using weights on the feet is to increase the difficulty of the lever by having more weight on one side of these, you can use a foot weight as a heavy shoe because when doing the plank we are used to not having shoes but when we add even a kilo it is a great difficulty to lift it and do anything with it, we will begin to use it so that when we remove it we have better control and strength of our body.
