Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community espero esten super bien, hoy entrenaremos el hefesto pero como ya llevamos mucha tension en el cuerpo haremos una rutina de pocas repeticiones pero con ejercicios efectivos para seguir ganando fuerza sin lesionarnos.
