TodayI kinda wanted to talk about socials! Social media is a pretty good idea for a few reasons:
- It allows you to connect with viewers and when you're not live
- It lets you engage other streamers
- Social media platforms have greater discoverability than Twitch, and can help get your channel out there
Good social media use can really help you get your name out there! Which is great, because Twitch's discoverability is really bad. I think it's worth it to, at the very least, become familiar with the major platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Tik Tok). You don't have to go crazy with them, but I think even just a hashtagged tweet whenever you go live is helpful!
