How are you.Hope all are you good.Today i,m going to cooked whole chicken roast. First time i,m going to try this recipe. For me it was difficult to cooked because always first time cooking recipe was not cooked good. And it was for a little ceremony. So i have to decorated the roast
That mean i m serve the roast with a great decorated. Lets see
1.Whole chicken
2.Yogurt -1/2 cup
3.Roast packet spice- 2 tbsp
4.Onion chop -1/2 cup
5.chilli paste- 1 tbsp
6.Poppy seeds paste- 1/2 tbsp
7.White fruit with cinnamon paste -1 tbsp
8.suger- 3 tbsp
9.Salt- 1 tbsp
10.oil
1.Fish head fry
2.Egg fry
3.Tomato
4.Chilli
5.Cucumber
First i,m going to take one whole chicken and clean it. Then i m going to take spoon and Make small holes in the chicken so that the spices can easily get inside.
Now i,m going to take all Spice. I will take roast packets spices 2 tbsp,yogurt -1/2 cup,all paste spices 1 tbsp, sugar -3 tbsp, oil -1 tbsp, chilli paste -1 tbsp and salt -1/2 tbsp. Mixed all spices.
I will take the spices and mixed with whole chicken and marinade it about one hour. Wait 1 hour. I Will keep some spices. Its need to cooked roast.
Next i will take a pan and take some oil into the pand. And start to fry the whole chicken.
When see that the chicken was going to deep Brown color. Then keep it from stove and keep it in a plate.
I will take a pan Again and start to fry onions. I will stir onions until it was become light Brown color.
Then i will give all spices that i make it. I will pour all spices into the pan. I will mixed it with fry onions.
After 15 minutes later i,m going take the whole deep Brown chicken into the pan. And cooked it only 10 minutes.
Whole chicken roast was cooked. Now i have to decorated it. So lets do it quickly.
First i will take 1 small bowl rice and keep it into the plate. Then i will keep one eggs into the whole chicken roast. Then keep the whole chicken roast beside the rice. Also decorated the tomato with cut flower shape and in the tomato flower i will keep 2 green chilli. And keep chop cucumber beside it. Also keep fish head fry beside the whole chicken roast.Wow decorated was good. Now i will serve it.
