What should you do if you want to change your kid’s schools?
1. Find your kids future school.
When you decide to move to another district, and you decide to
bring along your kids. First you should find the nearest school with
your home. If possible go and visit the school and meet personally to
headmaster/principle to make sure there are vacancy or they kids. Is
still having vacancy, try to get some memo or official letter as a
guarantee there are vacancy in this school.
2. Get your Borang jadual ketiga and all document related
at current school.
After sure whare you want to place your kids, bring bank the
memo from your kids future school to current school. The current
school will issue you ¬borang jadual ketiga¬, with some document to
submit at new school.
3. Get Endorsement from Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah
After that, go to current Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah and get
endorsement and cover letter, and bring all the document to new
Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah and get endorsement once again.
4. Register your kids at new school.
Finally , bring all the document to the new schools and
register your kids.
This process applicable for same category school, such as SK
to SK,SJK C to SJKC or SMK to SMK.
