Pink Dragonfruit Bingsu

The Living Juice's situated at the shopping mall of Central Plaza, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. They prepare fruits and vegetables juices for sale as well as shaved ice with fruits.

Today, I'm featuring my latest fave that is the pink dragon fruit bingsu (shaved ice).
While shaving ice, they blended in the pink dragonfruit, making the ice and all in pink colour. They also sliced the fruit and served them beside the shaved ice. The popped a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the shaved ice and placed more cubed fruits on it. Mountain of snow, that's what I think of it. Beautiful.

Other than this, The Living Juice also makes Durian, Soursop, Mango, Avocado and chocolate Bingsu.
